At Dr Frank's Weight Loss Clinic, we want you to feel confident in your transformation, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn apparel. If your new size isn't a perfect fit, we are here to help you find the right garment for your journey.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our clinic receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
